I am a live in landlady with my husband and son. Close to amenities & transport links. Shared living area & kitchen. We have a double/King size & single room available. We have a large beautiful garden. We have hosted for over 18years to mention a few guests from China, Brazil, Poland, Italy, Spain, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Libya and more. We provide room only. Long stays only will have laundry access. Wi-Fi available (charges for short term stay). We are just 20 minutes from the city centre. Close to transport links. We are a very laid back household with a very friendly and warm atmosphere.

About the Area
We are located 4 miles from the city centre in a quiet residential location. Access to all amenities are close by, great transport links, local stores and near the hospital. The street is all new build properties and we have extended to improve our living accomodation and have a beautiful 3 tier rear garden that is not overlooked and very tranquil. The birds will sing to you in the morning! Neighbours are all long term residents and very nice people. There a fishing lake nearby, parks and shops, gym, chemist, hair salon etc

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
There are rules in the house that will be provided on your stay. They are common sense and we ask that the home and all other guests are respected. Quiet times are also to be adhered to. Most of all you must enjoy your stay in our beautiful, relaxed and friendly home :)
Smoking is not allowed inside but you can smoke outside.
Check ins are 2pm on arrival date and check out on departure is 10am
We kindly ask you for the reasons for your visit on request of booking please.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
