We live in a light bright and quiet house in a beautiful village in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Only 20 minutes drive to the coast but within an area designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with lovely walks and lots of history associated with the World War 2 airbases and Lincoln Cathedral City.
The village has all requirements with a doctors, two shops, village pub serving food and lovely market towns close by.
Both my husband and I are originally from Ireland and love this area due to the mix of coast and country and the friendliness of the people.
The nearby market town of Louth has been voted the best market town in Britain and is a foody paradise with many independent food stores.
There are numerous safe and sandy beaches within a half hour drive, amongst them are Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Skegness. A little further afield but still easily accessible is the Yorkshire coast and moors.
Our house is in a terrace of four houses built set back from the road with a grassy area in front which makes for a very safe and quiet environment with excellent neighbours.
We have 3 bedrooms all a decent size, the smallest comfortably fitting a small double and overlooking the garden. A large sittingroom with windows to the front and rear ensuring lots of light, a lovely countrystyle kitchendiner with vaulted ceiling and a side lobby area where our two dogs sleep.
My daughter is at university so only home occasionally but like us enjoys meeting new people from different cultures.
We would love to welcome you into our home and share this beautiful and largely undiscovered region of the UK with you.

Fiona and her husband were very friendly, they made me feel very welcome. The room was a good size double with plenty of space.
As they have quite a few dogs you would need to like them, or at least not be allergic to them, as an animal lover myself this was not a problem but may be a consideration for others.
I would definitely stay there again.August 2017
