I am an artist, living in a 3 bedroomed house with one of the rooms being my workshop. I have a large spare back bedroom that I generally let out to female international students on a shared kitchen and bathroom basis. Only really suitable for one person at a time as I only have one bathroom.
The room is light and airy and looks out over the back garden. Furnishings include a desk and office chair, bed, rocking chair, clothes hanging rail, shelves and storage chest for non hanging clothes.
The house is on direct bus route to town which is about 15 mins bus ride or half hour walk. The Nottingham Trent University city campus is in town.
Nice quiet area, good for studying and convenient for town.
Bathroom consists of separate shower cubicle, bath , toilet sink over vanity unit.
Laundry facilities and front door key provided.

About the Area
My house is situated in a nice quiet residential area with on street parking available. The bus stop is 2 mins from the house and the bus takes about 15 mins to the town centre. The route can also be walked in about half an hour. There is also an alternative shopping /cafe/pubs area half an hour in the opposite direction - Mapperley.
The house has a lovely garden which guests are welcome to use.

It was a super nice stay!!! The whole house is aesthetic located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. And there was everything I needed. The room itself is great: Cozy but spacious enough for me to do yoga in the morning; Big study table as I needed. I love the window in the room where you can wake up and look out at the nice garden area. The host is welcoming and helpful. Thank you Sarah.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
