Im an open minded 31yr masters student with a room to spare in my 2 bed roomed semi-detached house. The house is in Strelley, just 15 min on the bus from Nottingham city centre. The location allows for a good mix of the quiet surbuban life with fresh air and a large local park for walks / and the bustling city life just 15 min drive into the vibrant Nottingham city centre. I have a garden and In the summer, I have barbecues on the weekends allowing for a god mixer and meeting new people. Having grown up in Nottingham, I may be a worthwhile investment if you want to visit all the tourist places as well as some well hidden secret locations around the county. I welcome singles and couples. I open to discussing about groups of up to 4.

About the Area
located 15min away from Nottingham city centre, strelley is a quiet area with lots of bus links into the city centre just 1min from my doorstep. I'm also close to 24hour Asda which is great for the spontaneous impromptu food shopper.

All good, Marcie was very friendly and accommodating. it's a little way out of the centre of Nottingham but this wasn't a problem as there is an excellent bus service that also runs a nightbus so perfect for our needs .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
