You will be staying in a cosy, newly refurbished self-contained ground floor studio apartment in a quiet, leafy suburb of London.
You have a brand new 120 sq feet space with it's own entrance and en-suite shower room.
There is unlimited fast Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi broadband and Television with access to Sky Cinema, Sky entertainment, Now TV, YouTube, BBC iPlayer etc. I have spare travel adaptors, phone chargers, portable chargers that you may borrow.
The bedroom is furnished with a Double Bed, Sofa, Drawers & a table/desk. Towels, Bed Linen, Soap, Shampoo etc are provided. The door into the main house remains locked, and you will have your own keys to the apartment to come and go as you please.
You will have a Mini Fridge and Kettle. A simple, complimentary breakfast of Juices, Yoghurts & Cereals is provided and you have Tea & Coffee making facilities.
A hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Board are available on request.
If there is anything else that you require, please do not hesitate to ask!
You will be ideally located to access Central London, Heathrow Airport and Wembley Stadium.
The local Underground Station, Rayners Lane is a 7 minute walk away. From here you can access the Metropolitan & Piccadilly lines into London.
From Rayners Lane you are 25 mins to Baker Street, 11 Minutes to Wembley, 35 mins to Bond Street/ Oxford Street.
There are excellent road links with easy access to M40, M25, M1, A1 and Heathrow airport.
The local town centres of Harrow and Uxbridge have large shopping centres with many restaurants and cinemas.
I can arrange licensed taxis for pick up from all London Airports and Stations upon request at a further fee.

Pinner is a quiet, leafy suburb of London. The high street is a mixture of new and historic builings and offers shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.
You will be ideally located to access Central London, Heathrow Airport and Wembley Stadium.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Check-in/Check-out
Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 10am. We’ll always be here to greet you. Arriving slightly earlier, or want an extra hour in bed? Should be fine, but please check with us first. If we’re not in when you leave, please lock the doors and post the keys through the letterbox.
Parking
You can park in the driveway. Please don’t park on the road from 10-11am, the traffic wardens take great pleasure in issuing fines.
Smoking & Pets
Please don’t smoke indoors. (Unless you like the sound of smoke alarms!) You can smoke outside, let us know, we’ll give you an ashtray. No Pets.
Guests
We understand that you may have friends & family visit you for a short time, but unfortunately, they may not stay overnight. Anyone staying in the studio must be pre-approved via Airbnb.
Noise/Parties
To be considerate to our neighbours, please keep things quieter after 8pm. We totally understand if you’ve come to London to party (Great choice!), unfortunately you are not permitted to hold parties or events in the studio
Damages
Accidents happen. Please let us know so we can fix it. We will always try to return your security deposit in full.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
