Come and stay in Plymouth's most desirable and sort after area. You will be, staying closer to everything such as; good transport links, good sight seeing places, sea front 2 minutes walk, cricket club within the estate, plenty of eat out restaurant. Mount wise offers class combined with Mordern living.
The estate has a wall all the way around and cameras on every entry. What I am looking for, someone who is clean and respectful. Non smoker preferred if you smoke then you must smoke outside, Couples are welcome but the nightly rate will be different for couples. The room has own bathroom and if you have children visiting with you, you can use the spare bedroom for a small extra fee depending on how long they stay and the age of the children.

Please note that I am a live in landlord and that guest will be sharing the property with me; I am also able to provide a light breakfast if the guest request. NOTE- Any booking made for 30 days will come with a £20 food voucher as a good will gesture to my guests :)

My house is located in the seaside village by the sea mountwise. This is a new development which is highly sought after. The area is close to essential amenities such as, regular buses ever 10mins, hospital 2mins walk away, seafront 1min walk away and many more

Stay with Jasper was fantastic. I spent 3 days and everything was perfect.
House and room very clean. Jasper and his sister Martha were very friendly.
I recomend 100%. I will come back next time sure.

Jasper is a kind and wonderful host to have, he was even generous enough to pick me up when I arrived in Plymouth. His house was always clean and tidy. If you just need a place to stay, it's perfect.
The only downside was the size of the room I was given. It was rather small, only being able to fit in a chair, bed and a small closet, leaving barely any space for my luggage.Still, a good place to stay at, highly recommend it for anyone who just needs a place to sleep.

The room is a single room with a luxurious bed. If you had asked me a place to put all your bags I would have put them away for you. But I guess some guest like living and sleeping with there belonging. Thank you for the review and hope that anyone looking for a double luxurious bed to sleep then you are more than welcome. The price of the room also reflect its size not the quality of the room.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
