Nice friendly house in ramsgate Kent. I will be your host and I will be living in the property. Ramsgate station is a 12 min easy walk. The Beach and Ramsgate Royal Harbour is a 25 min walk . You can easy walk into the town or catch the loop bus, these buses run every 5 to 10 mins. There are two local pubs 2 mins away or you can go into Ramsgate sea front where you find lively pubs, also ramsgate has the largest Witherspoons if you like a cheap night out. My home is warm cosy and LGBT friendly.

About the Area
My home is in a nice quiet location in a small close with easy access to local bus stops where you can get on to the 9 bus which takes you into to the city of Canterbury or if you want to stay local there Is a loop bus which can to you main shops into west wood cross margate and Broadstairs. There is a local park called Ellington park to enjoy a nice walk around the park where you can sit and relax with cup of tea coffee or something to eat. I would like to add that my home is a LGBTQ-FRIENDLY so all nationality' are made to feel welcome when they come and stay with me in my home.

Paul is an amazing host and an excellent cook! I'll certainly stay at his place again when I'm back to Ramsgate. The home is very cozy and modern. Lots of advice from Paul helped me to make the best of my time there. Thank you very much! 10/10

Paul was an amazing host. Very friendly and had excellent local knowledge.
Paul treated me to a few meals, and his food was very delicious.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
