Single bedroom for £25 per night for a single person in a detached house with garden close to the high street, railway station and bus stops. Park, recreation ground and many cycle and walking routes nearby.
We are a family with a fifteen- year-old who like the outdoors and sports such as hockey, football, swimming and walking.
We also like good food and a healthy lifestyle.
The bedroom we are offering is a single with share bathroom. Sittingbourne is a quintessential Kentish village with the bonus of excellent rail and road links to London, Ashford, with its Eurostar station, Maidstone and Canterbury. Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst Castle are both a 30-minute drive away.

About the Area
None smoking room. The bedroom overlooks an orchard in Eden Village, which offers a basketball/five-a-side football court and several cycle paths. The room has T. V point, a desk and self-contained storage in quiet, detached house with back garden, two minutes' walk from the coach stop to London Victoria.. Driveway with parking for one car. We are on the edge of the countryside, but within ten minutes of the high street with its soon-to-be-opened seven-screen cinema, and within fifteen minutes of the mainline station. The bedroom overlooks an orchard and Eden Village offers a basketball/five-a-side football court and several cycle paths.
The house is close to King George's Park and Albany Park, and also five minutes away from the Co-Op, newsagent, hairdresser and takeaways.
We are a healthy family with a love of sports, exercise and music. I am French and teach from home and in the community. My son goes to the local school and enjoys hockey and cricket..
We are looking for a professional non-smoker who is happy within a family environment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
