1. No BEEF is allowed in the home.
2. Please make full payment at the start of your day on the arrival and we don’t accept part payments./we Accept only cash payment and must be in British pounds/ sterling currency.
3. The bathroom must be clean after use for hygiene reasons.
4. No Visitors
5. Please don't leave left over food in the room
6 departure checkout time is 10.00 am in the morning
7 keep the kitchen clean after every use
8 kitchen closes at 9.00 pm

House owner is flexible and on time. Easy to access, they even have breakfast, toast and thea was my favorite part, room is nice and everything whent smoothly .

A wonderful place, especially very clean. I really appreciated the kindness and sympathy of the mother and father of the host house. I felt at home during the 7 days, and very certain that I will return there during my next stay in the United Kingdom.

Absolutely lovely! The room was clean and comfortable. The host mom and dad were so generous, cooking breakfast for us and dinner! I hope to stay again once I return to the UK. Really home away from home!

Uncle and Aunty's genuine hospitality made my stay memorable. Dinesh Uncle's humble and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Their genuine care and willingness to assist me in every possible way made my stay truly exceptional.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious home-cooked meals that were graciously provided. The homely and comforting meals were not only nourishing but also added a personal touch to my stay. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of.
As a PhD student, I found Rohini Homestay to be the perfect retreat for focused research work. The tranquil and cozy ambiance provided the ideal setting for productive study sessions. I had a wonderful time staying at Dinesh and Rohini's place, excellent hosts and very well maintained home. The hospitality is unparalleled and made my London trip all the more memorable.
Great location in terms of safety and reachability by public transport and at a very reasonable price at that! Very helpful and kind - I'd recommend their place anytime!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
