Continental Breakfast AVAILABLE. Other meals are not included and We charge for it.

EASY & STRESS FREE 2 minute walk to the bus stop that can take you to Southall train station OR Greenford train station, with over and underground train line access into Central London. 20 mins into London Heathrow.
A short walk to the local shops and town for all your shopping needs. With over 40 shops and cafe's to choose from, all easily accessible and under one roof.

House Rules
1. No BEEF is allowed in the home.
2. Please make full payment at the start of your day on the arrival and we don’t accept part payments./we Accept only cash payment and must be in British pounds/ sterling currency.there will be no refunds for leaving early or cutting your stay short.
3. The bathroom must be clean after use for hygiene reasons.
4. No Visitors
5. Please don't leave left over food in the room
6 departure checkout time is 10.00 am in the morning
7 keep the kitchen clean after every use
8 kitchen closes at 9.00 pm
Please do not use after this time.

Nice family, sometimes their son and daughter Rohini visited the house and helped. The size of the small room is as described in the pictures but has a lot of storage so you won't be worried.

House owner is flexible and on time. Easy to access, they even have breakfast, toast and thea was my favorite part, room is nice and everything whent smoothly .

A wonderful place, especially very clean. I really appreciated the kindness and sympathy of the mother and father of the host house. I felt at home during the 7 days, and very certain that I will return there during my next stay in the United Kingdom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
