My home is tranquil and clean. I am house proud and like to maintain my home to a good standard. I have 2 cats and 4 chickens that live in my garden.
Your bedroom-
The room has all the necessary amenities, including a wardrobe, bedside table, and bedside light, and one set of bedding is provided.
The room has recently been newly refurbished, making it look cozy and fresh. It is well-lit and has plenty of natural lighting. The rooms overlook the garden. They are located at the back of the house, therefore, there is minimal road noise.

About the Area
The house is situated within walking distance to bus stops. Within walking distance to the hospital. The city centre is located about 30 mins away by bus. Buses run regularly every 10 mins. Locally walking distance there is a large supermarket market Lidl, a Tesco Express mini super market, another mini market and newsagent, a pizza and kebab take away and a pharmacy. There is David Lloyd leisure centre within walking distance and a couple of pubs you can have sit in meals

I had a very comfortable stay at Roseanne. She has a beautiful house, well furnished and very comfortable. Room size is very appropriate for a single person. Location is also very convenient. Bus stop is at 3 mins walk. And Lidl 5,6 mins walk. She is very welcoming, helpful and always available. Will love to stay there again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
