I live in a nice part of Southwick very close to shops train stations and bus stops.I have a 3 bedroom house that i share with my husband 2 dogs and 2 cats all of which i adore. I have 2 rooms to let out, room 1 is a double and room 2 is a single Myself and my husband are both very friendly and easy going people. We love and enjoy most things in life we love to learn new cultures

This is a non smoking house, however we respect the fact that others may still want to smoke, we request that people respect our wishes and smoke outside our home so we call all enjoy our time together.
We are a laid back couple that endeavour to make you feel at ease and like to meet new people, providing notice is given and dietary needs are discussed we are willing to cook dinner for an additional charge.
Please feel free to ask us anything and look forward to inviting you into our cosy home.

Karin and her husband were lovely. We were made welcome and felt at home. Beds were very comfortable and we will use their home again if the opportunity arises. They had two sweet Jack Russells, cats and chickens, we loved the pets. Very homely.

Staying with Karin was like home from home. She made us feel very welcome and put us at ease whilst letting us do our own thing. The place was fine and the rooms were clean as was the loo and bathroom. The little dogs were lovely and very playful, my son enjoyed playing with them. We were a family of 3 and would return again. Thanks for everything.

It is a very adorable family , give you everything you need . I spent a week at his home and was incredible . Their dogs and cats are adorable and if I ever return to that area , surely repeat stay at his home. Thanks

Very friendly, quiet and clean. Ideal stay. Easy to get to on the 700 bus from the centre, buses every 15 minutes.

Had a real pleasant and enjoyable stay with Karin, Clint and the dogs. They made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The house was nice and the beds very comfortable. Located in a prime spot with easy access via train/bus into Brighton. Would definitely recommend it and we will be sure to return. Thank you! Ben and Lilly

Had a brilliant stay, Karin and Clint were lovely and very friendly and helpful hosts, the beds were very comfortable, there was a train station next door and a bus stop at the end of the road, very handy for getting to brighton in no time.

I had a lovely stay for two weeks there, the hosts were very friendly and acommodating. I had easy access to internet and tv, there are both trains and buses that go regularly into Brighton city centre, so if you're staying in the area mainly for what Brighton has to offer, it's just a 20 minute bus ride. My recommendations can not be high enough.

I don't know where to begin! Karin and Clint were possibly two of the nicest people I have ever stayed with! Happy, welcoming, ever ready to offer help and advice and they're house was your own to use should you ever need to. I was over the moon with my room, facilities (tv in bedroom, quite area and shower and bathroom) but most of all the generous hospitality given to me. I will definitely be using them again if only to visit on two new friends I have made. Literally felt like I was family...
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
