About the Homestay
We have two rooms available: The first one is a lovely room with a double bed in our loft extension and the second one, is the cozy single room. Both rooms would suit a professional female or a female student. The loft room comes with a smart TV, The bathroom is shared with our daughter. The cozy single room has its own bathroom downstairs. You will have access to the kitchen and there is a separate fridge/freezer. It is self-catering (no breakfast included). There is access to the washing machine. All towels and bedding are provided and changed regularly.

About the Area
Our house is located south of Kingston ( 2.7 miles). The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and takes you into Surbiton and Kingston. It takes 20 min to get to Kingston University and 30 min to get to Kingston Hospital. The train station is 10 min away and it takes 30 min to get to London Waterloo. Hampton Court ( the palace of Henry VIII) is 10 min away by train. There are good cycle paths as well.

Marianne's family is most loving family that I have ever lived with. They provided uncompromising care and attention so appreciate that;)) The interior of the home is unique and blessedly familiar. What I can reveal is that if you choose to live here you will have the opportunity to taste Mariana's superb cooking and baking desserts I promise it's delicious! I loooove it! I have made great memories here, thank you all so much xoxo
Marianne is the heart of this house!
I was absolutely happy about the accommodation. My chose was the loft room and also was perfect. It was very clean and the house looks very nice. The residential area was very safe and it was only 12 minutes by foot to the Berrylands train station. And in 30 minutes you are at London Waterloo station. Marianne helps me at all time with everything. Thank you again!
Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Marianne und ihrer Familie. Das Zimmer entsprach den Fotografien und war sehr gemütlich. Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt und kann dieses Zimmer und die Gastfamilie nur weiterempfehlen. Alle waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
