About the Area
Our house is located on a quiet road and it is very close to facilities. The house is in between 2 main train lines 5mins walk to Hackbridge and 10mins walk to Mitcham Junction stations. One bus journey to Tooting Broadway less than 30mins on the bus.
25mins on the main line train to London Victoria and 45 mins to London Kings Cross.
The house 2 mins walk from bus stop and 10mins walk or 3mins bus ride to Tram stations. Trams are 12 mins to Wimbledon and 15mins to East Croydon. Trams runs every 5minutes during peak times and 10-15mins weekend and bank holiday.
Banks, hospitals are less than 10mins on the bus.
Local school opposite the house and local newsagent and shops are 2 mins away.
Swimming pool and lesuire centres are 5 mins on the bus.

I had a brilliant stay with Comfort. She was such an amazing host. I felt at home. It felt like a home away from home. I have never loved a home more.

I was so happy to have stayed at Comfort's house.Everything was perfect for me. The room was spacious and spotless,the bed was of really good quality and she had prepared lots of presents for me such as brand new towels or some chocolates or green tea!
I had my own bathroom,which was also fully renovated with instant hot water!
The location of Comfort's house is very convenient,very near Hackbridge rail way station as well as many bus routes just five min walk!
Comfort has a beautiful kitchen and she is willig to help you with all the information about bus rouutes or anything else. She is indeed a really nice and adorable person.
I recomend this homestay 100%

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
