We live in a town call Waterlooville in Hampshire , an hour and fifteen minutes by train from London and fifteen minutes by car from Portsmouth . We have two lovely medium small dogs that are super friendly . The room we offer is a single room the bed is a divan bed so plenty for storage inside . We been hosting students ( ages 16 to 80 years old with different colleagues , schools and organisations , and I am not joking ! LOL . The family grew up so we don’t have space for more than one person now , this is why we only can offer a single room .

Meals

House Rules
We have two small dogs super friendly so it is important you like dogs and you are not allergic .
No loud music and no making loud noise after 9pm
No strangers unless previously agreed by host .
No alcohol or drugs .
Check out by the same time you arrived so if you arrived on a Saturday at 1pm and you stay until Monday leave at 1pm as well :)
Kindly clean after yourself .
We don't have parking space in the house but we all park outside the house in the street , there is always parking and very easy :) .
No cooking after 9pm .
All outstanding payments must be made in full, by bank transfer , PayPal , payoneer ,l for instance as cleared funds before the day of arrival.
If the month have 31 days you still only paying for 30 days if you stay the full month :) .
Please do ask anything you feel like asking and ask as many questions as you need .

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
