Comfortable single room in a warm welcoming spacious family house located in the heart of Wembley Park (Zone 4) 10 mins walk from the house to Wembley Outlet, Wembley Stadium/Wembley Arena and all the amenities local bus stops, local shops, restaurants, coffee shops, takeaway shops (McDonald), cinema, gym and closet local pub is 2mins walk (Green man Pub).
The nearest London underground station is Wembley Park Station (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) which is less than 15mins walk from the house. It takes less than 20 mins from Wembley Park Station to Central London where you can explore some of the main tour attractions.
The house is situated on 2 floors, your room will be located on the first floor, it's bright and comfortable with neutral modern decor, equipped with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer bedside table, desk and chair, bedside light and full length standing mirror

You will have use of kettle, microwave and toast - (No use of Cooker/Stove for safety reasons)
Light breakfast available (toast, cereals, coffee and tea) - SELF SERVED (included in the price)
Heating is regulated, not available 24 hours.

Clean towels and hair-dryer available on request

We are situated in the heart of Wembley Park which is a very safe area to live and walk whilst exploring all the local amenities available.
10 mins walk from the house to Wembley Outlet, Wembley Stadium/Wembley Arena.
The nearest London underground station is Wembley Park Station (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) which is 10-15 mins walk from the house and 15-20 mins to Wembley Central for the London Underground (Bakerloo line) London Overground, London Midland and Southern trains.
It is 10 mins walking distance to the nearest bus stop and shop (Tesco Express)
It takes less than 20 mins from Wembley Park Station to Central London where you can visit some of the main tour attractions/sightseeing such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, Madame Tussaud, Oxford Street, London Zoo and various Museums such as the (British Museum).
The nearest airport is London Heathrow Airport

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
