Our place is a self catering home set up to cater to people visiting the area and commuters to work for business.
It's a beautiful 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Bolton, Westhoughton. I live in the property and 1 large en-suite room is available with a double bed and 1 spacious room with a double bed are available for short term booking. House may be shared with other guests and I am available to assist the guests during their stay.
The property is situated in the affluent area of Westhoughton bordering the M61 motorway and M60 motorway links with easy access from M61 (Junction 5), guests will feel welcome and comfortable visiting the property in the most beautiful scenic part of Westhoughton. Down the road from the desirable area of Lostock, suitable for long walks and access to nearby Bolton Wanderers Football Grounds, and Middlebrook retail centre for food and local amenities.
Modern minimal decor, very clean and tidy with all modern cons.
Self catering, kitchen and dining area is available for use with microwave, fridge, cooker, toaster available. Free tea and coffee.
Freeview TV in the lounge, Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and additional amenities.
Free use of car parking space available on request on request.
10 mins by car to the Macron, Bolton Football Stadium.
10-15 mins walk to Westhoughton train station, then 30 mins journey to Manchester city centre.
35-40 mins by car to Manchester Airport.
Check-ins: 2-10pm (Please request specifically you require check in outside the stated hours)
Check-out: 12pm (Midday)
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee is paid to Homestay.com)

Florence was a brilliant host and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. I will always look up Florence 1st if in ever staying in or around that area in the future. Far better than a hotel.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
