Lovely artist & musicians house with lots of character and opportunities to play live music. A good sized space and relaxing creative environment in a great location with nearby access to Wimbledon Tennis & Wimbledon Common. Central London (Waterloo) is a 30 min train ride away.
Art, music, baby grand piano, guitar and antique foot pump organ. Homely environment. Suitable for a large family or a group of individuals. Bright, open-plan dining/living space with a large flat screen TV and wifi. 3/4 bright bedrooms. Paved sunny garden.

About the Area
15min walk to the open spaces of Wimbledon Common with nearby pubs like the 'Crooked Billet' and the ‘Hand in Hand’ where you can chill out with a cold beer on the grass and get good quality food.
The beautiful gardens of Cannizaro Park are particularly magnificent in the spring when the rhododendron's are flowering.
Wimbledon Village is just a 5 minute walk over the common where you can visit some fantastic independent shops, stocked with designer clothing. The village also boasts a good selection of restaurants.
Down the hill is Wimbledon itself; a high street full of clothes shops, supermarkets and cheap and mid price restaurants.
Central London 30mins by train
10min car to Wimbledon tennis
Generally Wimbledon provides excellent transport links.

This is not a house for partying. It is a space to relax, listen or create music.
We like you to be aware of our neighbours and come and go quietly.
Lock back and front doors and close all windows including bathroom window when you leave the house.
No Smoking Please!!!
Recycling and bins are collected every Tuesday, it is rotated fortnightly. Put bins easily accessible to bin men on Monday night. Please see photo guide for the recycling and waste management.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
