4 minuets to the train station and bus service. Trains to London Fast I hour max to Brighton 20 minuets Southampton and Portsmouth 1 hour 30 mins.
Sea front 5 mins walk also a bus runs along the coast from East to West. Worthing 2miles away . Shops cafe and bars. Also public swimming pool Worthing. Bigger shopping area in Brighton which is 10 miles away and as Pavilion Pier, the lanes and the Pavilion many tourist attractions, Chichester is 27miles away with a Cathedral ,shops and a Market. Lancing sits between the South Downs and the coast
The location is good for walkers ,shoppers, Touring . Relaxation.

A cooked evening meal at extra £2.50. pre booked. Cooking yourselves no charge but must profiled your own food to cook.
Before arrival please notify on dislikes on foods.
If cooking for yourselves please clear up after yourselves that evening . Please do not leave it until the following day
WIFI is provide free and TV is available in both sitting rooms back and front. Many UK stations available plus Netflix at no extra charge
Summertime their is a small garden but a sun trap . We have chairs and table out side.
This is a no smoking at this HOME outside or in.
If you are staying longer than a week please change the bed linen ever Friday and I will wash them for you . Linen will be provided for the following week.
I will also provide towels for your stay also change with the linen once a week.
No banks in Lancing only ATM machines .
Banks in Worthing and Brighton.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
