Welcome to your spacious urban getaway located in the historic Grove Park neighborhood of Atlanta's Westside. Close to the new Westside Reservoir Park, the largest park in the city. Your suite is over 770 sqft of private space with a master bedroom, master bath, living room, breakfast bar, and laundry room. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay whether you are visiting for the weekend, relocating, or just need a quiet place to work and study. Please note that there is no kitchen.
We are a family of 3 who recently bought our first home to renovate in this transitioning neighborhood. We are both working professionals who enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and baking. Currently, we are all learning Spanish as well. Atlanta is a diverse place with a lot going on. If you need any ideas for things to do, please feel free to reach out.

Your suite is in the historic Grove Park neighborhood, within a 15 min drive of most of Atlanta's top attractions and universities. Grove Park is a neighborhood in transition on Atlanta's Westside. The Westside is full of life culture, art, and interesting things to see and do.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking is allowed on the property.
No shoes on inside.
The closet under the stairs is off-limits to all guests.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM EST.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
No eating/drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the breakfast bar or living room.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
No pets allowed.
No candles or open flames.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
Guests who do not check out on time can be subject to a late check-out fee of $25/30 mins
Guests who smoke on the property will be charged a $50 fine per violation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
