I would be glad to welcome you in the second bedroom and private bathroom of my apartment (2 bedrooms in total; I live in the other bedroom), located in Aventura, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
This is a single bed bedroom with a large closet and blackout shades.
There is a private bathroom next to it.
We would share the living room and kitchen.
The apartment offers impressive 20-foot ceilings.
This bedroom is available for stays between 2 to 90 days and for ONE gracious, tidy and peaceful lady (female only).
Non-smoking. No couples, No overnight guests or parties.

The building is very pleasant and offers two large pools, a gym and is located close to food/grocery store, hair salon, cafes, a park, a very nice waterfront walking path and the famous Aventura Mall shopping center. It is a 5-minute ride to/from the beach.
Please note that for stays shorter than 3 months, the total rent will have to be paid upfront + half a month of security deposit (reimbursed at the end).
Also, 50% of the total rent will be due at the time of booking, the rest/balance on the day of arrival.
A local free Aventura bus stops in front of the building and the Freebee app allows to order a car ride for free if the ride takes place in Aventura.
Also the Brightline train station has opened in Aventura and connects to downtown Miami in 18 minutes and to Downtown Fort Lauderdale in 15 minutes.

About the Area
Aventura is a very safe and quiet area, located 30 / 40 minutes away from Miami by car or Uber and 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale.
The Aventura train station just opened and can bring you to Miami in 18 minutes and to Fort Lauderdale in 15 minutes. There is a nice waterfront walking path 7 minutes away, close to restaurants, cafes, food / grocery store, park, pharmacy, shops and the famous Aventura Mall.
A neighborhood bus stops in front of the building and the free Frebee cars can be ordered and take you anywere in Aventura.

House Rules
I would only welcome a female / lady who preferably does not cook meat in the kitchen (If you wish to cook meat, I would kindly ask you to bring your own cooking pan). We remove our shoes when coming into the apartment.
I am a warm and friendly person who prefers to share my apartment with a tidy and quiet soul. I do not have pets... only orchids :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
