House Rules

1) Smoking of any substances are not allowed anywhere in the house.
2) Food is NOT allowed in the rooms. Please prepare your food in the kitchen and consume your food in the dining room or living room. Any food brought into the home from outside must be consumed on the main floor (living or dining room). NO FOOD or FOOD containers can be stored or used in the basement or on the upper floor at any time!
3) Please clean up after yourself and keep all areas clean and tidy.
4) Do not invite other people into the house unless you've received direct and verifiable permission from the homeowner.
5) Please be considerate of other household residents.
6) Keep noise to minimum. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am daily.
7) Illegal substances or objects are not allowed anywhere in or near the property.
8) Firearms or weapons (licensed or unlicensed) are never allowed anywhere on or near the property.
9) Homeowner reserves the right to inspect any and all areas of the home to ensure compliance with all rules. As a courtesy, a short notice will be given prior to the inspection.
10) For stays longer than 28 days, a background check WILL be required BEFORE occupancy.
11) Without exception, Renter's insurance will be required BEFORE occupancy.
12) Security Deposit or an Insurance Deposit Bond will be required BEFORE occupancy for stays longer than 28 days.
13) Violation of any house rules is grounds for termination of contract and eviction.

Your host is a non-smoker.
