By Booking this Listing you agree to the terms listed below. Failure to follow any of the below rules will result in immediate termination of your stay.
1: No Parties of any kind. Visitors are allowed but must leave the property by 11 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. Please be respectful of it.
2:There’s a pool table, PS5 with two pads, and table tennis(ping pong), you’re welcome to use it with your guests, please keep items properly.
3: No Loud Music: There’s a Bose sound system on the first and second floor, you’re welcome to use it but please be mindful. If there are many complaints by neighbors due to noise your stay will be terminated. I just ask that you be respectful of my home as I live there.
4: Persons not on the reservation should not sleep overnight in the unit: If you need to update your reservation with the correct number of guests please reach out. A $30 fee will apply per person, not on the reservation.
5: No Smoking: There will be a $1,000 Smoking fee accessed if there is clear and provable evidence, including smell, that the unit has been smoked in.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
The shared spaces contain security cameras on the 2nd floor of the residence, the kitchen, and the entrances.
Please note: Private room with bathtub and common spaces. This space is huge and spacious, the perfect location! It is a 12 - 15mins drive from BWI airport. There are many bars, shopping centers, nail salons, and restaurants within walking distance. You have access to the living room, dining room, game room, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking when needed! It's a beautiful place to sleep for a steal. Street parking is available right by the house, please do not block the garage.
Among the host of amenities included for your entertainment pleasure are WiFi, YouTube TV, Samsung TV, and a large HD Smart TV in every space with Netflix.
Temperature regulation: There's central air on all levels. Fans and space heaters are available upon request. No two rooms will be the same temperature.
**Late check-out/ early check-in option is available upon early request. There is a $30 surcharge for each 3 hours past or before check out or before check-in time.**

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
