Hello, my name is Fili. My husband and I and our 2 boys reside in a 5-bedroom house in the beautiful City of Cerritos. We chose Cerritos because this is one of the safest cities in Los Angeles County.
We have been hosting exchange students since 2008. Our home is strategically located close to the following schools: Valley Christian HS (Cerritos; 2.8 miles), Fairmont Private Schools (Anaheim; 8.1 miles), St. Joseph HS (Lakewood; 3 miles), St. John Bosco (Bellflower; 6.2 miles), Cal. State Long Beach (8.1 miles) and Cerritos College (4.1 miles).
Our family enjoy outdoor activities such bbq, hiking, bike riding, swimming, hiking, beach picnic, and travelling. Our guests are encouraged and always welcome to participate in our activities.

Please note that only a light breakfast is included in the room rate. All other meals will incur an additional cost. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Our homestay is the perfect location when visiting Cerritos. Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! We would like to create a healthy , safe and family-friendly living environment. Therefore: no smoking, no alcoholic beverage consumption, no over night guests, no drugs. In short, this is a homestay and not a hotel. We live together like a family.
The room rate includes the following services: local pick-up service, light breakfast, washing machine usage, and wireless internet access. Any other meals can be arranged for extra cost.
. We speak English at home. Parking are available on the street (permit required). We are a Christian family and our family attend church service on Sundays. We will not force you to join us at church, but you are more than welcome to come.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
