My house is located on the south side of the city. It is not too far from IU campus, grocery store, I-69 and a walking/biking trail.

Only dogs are allowed! NO CATS in any form!
Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome to be in the house after 10 p.m. (unless you've asked and received my permission)
Quiet time after 10 pm.
If you bring a dog with you please make sure that it is always supervised. Cleaning after your dog outside is must.
Your mini-fridge is in the room. If you need more refrigerator/freezer space - let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate your need.
Please let me know if you will need additional blankets and/or pillows.

It is free if you are using your own firewood or you can use my fire logs for $5 cash.

In the kitchen everything for guests is assigned, please keep away from the rest of the items. I share my home with you - respect my privacy!
You are welcome to help yourself with breakfast that includes cereal and oatmeal located on the microwave table under the cabinet with dishes, glasses and silverware.
You are welcome to the fruits in the fruit basket.
You are welcome to use microwave oven, countertop convection oven, coffee maker and pods for it as well as teas.
If you are planning to cook your own food while staying in my house - please let me know in advance so I can supply necessary equipment. Please do not assume that it is OK to use my stuff without permission!
Please wash the dishes and a silverware and leave them in the right sink to dry.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
