We are looking for a student to live with my family, We prefer high school students. Then middle school, college in sequence. Highlights about living here with us:
1. Convenient transportation.
Our house is located in 3 minutes off Exit 22 on Interstate 405. 18 minutes to Bellevue, 28 minutes to Seattle.
2. Quiet environment and safe & secure neighborhood.
My house is in the very inside of a 30-home some community, with backside a condo community, quiet and high safety neighborhoods, we often forgot to lock our door but nothing wrong.
3. House age 11 years.
It was built in 2012 with 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms. We have 2 large fridges, a 86' TV and 100 Mbps internet. The renter can have a dedicated bathroom. The 2nd bedroom (south facing) is for rent, with 180 SQF in size. A queen bed with premium mattress.
4. Schools and colleges in radius:
a. University of Washington Bothell, direct distance 2.2 miles and driving in 5 minutes.
b. Tesla STEM High School (Elon Musk) - 25 minutes drive.
c. Countless private high and middle schools in 10 minutes range.
5. Accommodations:
We offer all meals including breakfast, lunch (if needed) and dinner. Often Chinese home style but will be flexible with and foods.
6. Transportations:
We offer commuting drop-off and pick-up daily to and from your school or other institute that you or your child is studying/working in.
7. Communication
Our family speak Mandarin and English.
8. Parking
If the renter drives an outdoor in-front-of-house space is available.
9. Terms:
Minimum 6 months is required.
We have a daughter who is junior high last year and will be in high school next year.
We have a dog who is sweet and very friendly, no barking at all.

House Rules
1. Lights off 10:30 on weekdays.
2. No laundry or other excessive noises after lights off.
3. Friends are welcome to visit but cannot stay overnight.
4. No evening parties after 7pm.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
