You will enjoy a peaceful stay on a 3.5 acre property at the end of a .25 mile private lane less than 20 miles from downtown Washington, DC and Reagan Airport.

House Rules
12 Tips for your Stay:
1.) TV Channels: We provide Netflix, Amazon and full cable (CNN, HBO and Showtime) & WiFi.
2.) Remotes: There are two television remotes and one fireplace remote in the room. The cost to replace is $50 each.
3.) Trash Day: Please place any trash you would like thrown away or recycled on Tuesday at 6pm (the bin is outside to the left of your door
4.) Parking: Align your bumper with the end of the lattice closet (you should be able to see the door to your room from the car). Please allow enough space to open the trash closet.
5.) Room Temperature: We keep the temp at 72 degrees. Please text or call us if you are too hot or too cold. The wall mounted fireplace has a heat option and there’s a floor fan in the suite. We are also happy to provide extra blankets.
6.) Laundry: We will coordinate the best days for use in our shared laundry facilities.
Laundromat is 10 minutes away.
7.) Cooking: We provide kitchen conveniences in the suite: stainless steel food prep island, air fryer / toaster oven, microwave, dual table top electric stove burners, toaster, table top grill, crockpot, pot & pans, cooking utensils and dishes.
***NO OPEN FLAMES to include candles, incense, etc. NO SMOKING inside—if needed, receptacles can be provided for outdoor smoking.***
8.) RING Door Security: We have 24/7 RING cameras on the outside of our suite. We will provide access, via app, for guests who would like to monitor the camera.
9.) Canine Guests: Pets must remain in a kennel at all times guests are not in the room. A pet addendum must be completed. We can provide kennel service or occasional dog walking, if requested and depending on the dog.
10.) Room Cleaning: The room is cleaned & disinfected every two weeks. The days are negotiable based on guest’s schedule .
11.) Black Car Service: Negotiable for trips within a 30-mile radius (Wine Country, casino, concerts, airport drop off/pickup, etc.) Relax with a CDL driver behind the wheel.
12.) Meals*: We offer pop up breakfasts/dinners and wine tastings, let us know if you are interested in being contacted.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
