Hey! I'm looking to rent out my room short term to someone looking for a place to stay. I have 3 animals, 2 cats and 1 dog. They're very friendly and trained. Your room will be located in the back of the house where I can close the door to limit the animals access.

House Rules
- Keep your room clean and tidy.
- Do not leave any wet clothing or towels in your room.
- Do not stick anything to the walls. If you wish to hang anything, see your host.
- Ask your homestay family if you need extra blankets if you are cold or a fan if you are hot.
- Please help us save water by keeping showers to a 5-15 minute limit and turning off the water when you brush your teeth.
- Please do not waste water. Ask your host family about other ways to save water- Smoking not allowed indoors
- Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
- Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
- No pets allowed inside.
- Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
- Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
- Please keep quiet after 10pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
