I'm a single mom living with her grown-up son. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Your bedroom is private with a shared bathroom. We both work out the home but I am home home most of the time. Our space is quiet, clean, and very organized. This amazing apartment has the most stunning 360 views of Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Views of the Empire State Building, One World Observatory building as well as more beautiful views. Our spacious terrace is also sometimes rented out separately for personal events and photoshoots for short periods (+/- 4hrs) but this does not take away from your stay and your personal space will never be intruded upon. Advance notice is always given of an event. Some events you may even be able to attend. Our apartment is located 30 minutes from JFK and 25 minutes from LGA airports. It's a 20-minute ride on the train into the city. The apartment is near some amazing bars, restaurants, and parks such as the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Library, and Prospect Park. The photos in the listing are true to what to expect.
Please note that 'CHECK-IN" is from 3 pm on the day of your arrival and "CHECK-OUT" is at 11 am.
Upon Check-in, you will have an in-person walk-through of the apartment and receive your personal key for access. You are free to access all common areas of the apartment as well as within the building which has a gym, a work conference room, and a rooftop lounge. Feel free to use our kitchen, living room, and huge terrace area.
If you require housekeeping during your stay this is an additional optional service that you can pay for which will include linen change and cleaning of the bedroom you occupy and the bathroom area during your stay. I am also available for a grocery store run in advance for guests. That service fee is an additional $25 plus your groceries cost. If you are also looking to have a vegan dinner any night we can discuss the menu and the cost.

Our house is within walking distance of the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Zoo, Library, amazing restaurants, bars, and Prospect park. Barclays Center is like 2 stops away on a subway ride or less than a 10-minute drive. You can take a cool walk in the neighborhood or a train ride to downtown Brooklyn or the city.

We stayed at Donna’s for 10 days over holidays. Everything went great. The apartment was clean and nice. The view from the huge balcony is amazing! The location is also good and it takes about 40min to get to the midtown Manhattan by subway. Thank you Donna.

My cousin and I had a great experience at Donna's place.
The house is just as it looks in the pictures, neat and tidy. A great place in Brooklyn with an amazing view on NYC's skyline.

Donna's place is in a very nice new building near Prospect Park and close to trains. Her condo is immaculate with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline. The building also has a rooftop garden with 360 NYC views. Donna is very friendly and helpful. This was a work trip for me and she arranged a conference room for 4 hours so I could deliver virtual presentations, which was perfect. She and her son are kind and friendly, helpful when needed, and hands off otherwise. One communication mishap is that the bathroom is shared, not private to the guest. This would almost have me give 4 stars, but everything else was exceptional, so I recommend better communication around this issue.

Donna was a wonderful hostess. The view from her private deck has a million dollar view of Manhattan and all of NYC. Donna keeps a very clean and tidy place. I would stay there again in the future.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
