My place is wonderful to have relax, fun and study or everything you are wishing for at the dream city Brooklyn New York!

Crown Heights neighborhood, Easy access to all over to the city, Brooklyn museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, Downtown Brooklyn, Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Williamsburg, Domino Park, Coney Island, etc...
You will have a private room (desk, chair, Full size bed, TV, etc...)
It is only 2 blocks away from a train station, it is very easy to go everywhere in the city. Also half block away to 2 of bus stops, it also very convenience to go down town Brooklyn direction, Williamsburg direction or more.
Sometimes you rather want to have a lazy day? I hear you.
You can enjoy with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN...
A Few of restaurants / Cafes are in a block or a couple blocks.
Next door is a 24 hours open laundromat (Sorry, its not in the house or in the building. But right next door, it mean to be like same building right??)
A couple of grocery stores are a half block or a block away.
What else do you need in life?
Basically you can have a life in only 2 blocks from my place!
You will definitely enjoy the life at the house.
You will shear with me Living room / Kitchen / living room.
*My house rules are...
No shoes in the house, No extra guests, No smoking (including E-Cigarette), Any of illegal drugs, No party, No loud music.
Those are absolute non negotiable. If I found it, unfortunately I will turn you out immediately and non refundable.

About the Area
Train station is 2 block away about 5 or less minutes. A few of bus line stops are in half block just close street or a couple block away minimum 20 second to 5 minutes. Very convenient to go everywhere New York City!

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
