Enjoy family or personal time with lots of room to roam on our serene 35 acres!
Your rustic private room is on the main level. You'll have access to the main level bathroom (private to you for your booking time). There is a queen size bed and an air mattress or Cots for extra guests.
There are three outdoor areas for you to use. A partial covered pergola patio area with the bbq grill and table chairs. The east side covered patio area with 3 chairs and 2 hammocks to lounge. Or enjoy some yoga on our rooftop patio! The living room, kitchen, dining is one giant room and a a shared space. You are welcome to join us or enjoy privacy in your room or outdoor living areas.
We’ve built our house from the ground up! The property is being designed to follow permaculture so you'll get a chance to learn about these ancient ways. Our private neighborhood makes our property feel like a mountain retreat but it's a short 10 min drive into town! With incredible views of the mountains you'll feel at peace to breathe!
New Listing. The private room in a family home of 4 *Husband, wife, 2 kids. 1 cat & 1 dog. Our kids our friendly but still kids ages 7 & 10.
A little more about us. We love our family time. Ryan owns his own construction business that keeps him quite busy! But he makes time for our kids and coaches their football or basketball or baseball teams! I work from home as an herbalist, spiritual guide and postpartum Doula. We cook 90% of our meals at home so we always have some thing fun going on the kitchen either baking or cooking or herbal medicine making! We love a variety of foods and I am always trying new recipes!
We like to stay active with sports or bike rides or getting some time on the water! We enjoy hosting and sharing our space with others. We want our home-property to feel relaxing and spacious for folks. We are happy to cook a meal with you or offer suggestions of local places to enjoy. We will engage with our guests as much as they want!
I am also a trained yoga instructor and can offer a private yoga class for a small extra fee. I also offer two different Airbnb experiences. One is an herbal medicine making class and the second is a red drum making class. You can check out those listings on Airbnb. Or send me a message for more info.

About the Area
Our home is located just 10 minutes from town, 20 minutes from the downtown area. We are very close to the Golf Club area and a short 15-20 min drive to Brush Hollow Reservoir (fishing, paddle boarding, small kayaks).

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
