Large 4 bedroom home outside of the Capital City of Sunny Sacramento, California. We have a gorgeous swimming pool and Outdoor BBQ Kitchen with music, and Koi Pond with Waterfalls. Its a paradise outside with peace and quiet, but also nice for entertaining on weekends or use as quiet time. Beautiful Garden with Fruit Trees, Roses, and lush Mediterranean Tropical plants...even Banana Trees and Palm Trees. We have pets, 2 friendly dogs which stay outside most of the day and inside at night with 2 parrots.
This is a safe area in a cul-de-sac with many trees and wooded area making it very private. You should be open minded and gay friendly as we are a couple who have adopted 5 children in the past who are grown now.
We are good cooks and enjoy trying new and exciting things to eat...and always fun to entertain and enjoy other company. We allow others private space and respect others property.

About the Area
Our house is located on the East side of downtown Sacramento. A lovely area with transport links (transportation) down the street to all locations. We have several colleges nearby - American River College, Sacramento State University, and then UC Davis which is a 30min drive. We are close to UC Davis Medical Center 20 min drive. Many shops and restaurants and shopping malls are in our neighborhood. Our location is perfect because we have the best of both worlds - Beautiful Lake Tahoe to the East 1 hour drive (if you like to Snow Board or Ski, or Sail - and San Francisco 1 1/2 hours drive to the West. The Famous Wine Country of "Napa" is also only 30 minutes away.

Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
We can draw up rules and/or agreements with each other as we live together.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
