We have two large Comfortable and fully furnished rooms Available for the perfect guess who will enjoy feeling at home with a wonderful family. Our home is located in the prestige, quiet community. It is have less than a mile from all major shopping centers, mall, Fine dining and highways. We’re less than 10 minutes drive from downtown Raleigh, The state fairgrounds And other attractions.
We have a Eight months old family friendly German Shepherd dog.
Our home includes Family room, living room, Complete furnished basement, breakfast room, dining room, private office, two car garage, patio, approach, a large yard in both front and back of the house and landscaped gardens

About the Area
Our home is located in prestige community less than half a mile from all major shopping centers, malls, fine dining, highways and much more. We are located less than 10 minutes drive from downtown Raleigh, North Carolina State Fairgrounds and all major museums and attractions.
It takes about 20 minutes drive to Raleigh international airport (RDU) and about 10 minutes drive to Amtrak train station.
We are truly conveniently located to everything with your desire and of course schools and colleges as well.

My whole room is pretty simple, respect is the foundation of all great relationship. No smoking, no drinking, In-home level of noise, no visitors without further notice, and if you have questions please feel free to.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
