Hello ! And welcome to my family here in the DMV area . We currently live in Fairfax County VA near George Mason University, tysons corner and 40 min from Washington DC. We have a lot of experience with international students already and we look forward to sharing our culture, language and beautiful capital area here in the USA with you . We can not wait to meet you! We are a tight knit family of all adults Male and Females were the youngest is 31 years old . We normally work Monday through Friday so we like to do things on sat and we normally do a family dinner or barbecue or something relaxing on Sundays. We try to do 1 group outing one sunday or sat a month. We love going to museums, festivals, concerts, parks , farmers markets, amusement parks ,movies and shopping. We encourage that you come along on our outings so you can practice your English and experience new experiences. We have had multiple students come and they loved it. As mentioned before we have hosted before and we have been international students as well so we understand being a international students is also about the experience of the culture as well as learning the language . We do have 4 medium to big dogs that are professionally trained , 2 cats and at times we do foster work with puppies that stay in the she shed which is a separate from the main house. You would have to be ok with animals because they won't go in your room or bathroom but they are in the house. We are able to separate them though and keep them to certain parts of the house so you don't have to interact with them a lot unless you want to. The 2 cats roam around outside the house but stay mostly to the laundry section and gym. There are a total of 4 adults in the household and the house is pretty big with 8 bedrooms, 2 living rooms ( one being a game room) , dining room, Kitchen, Gym and 3.5 bathroom . We have maid service that comes every 2 weeks so they would clean your space and the bathroom you use plus the whole house. The house also has a backyard with a large deck ,a vegetable garden , and a at home gym building. We have 3-4 rooms available upstairs with 2 full bathrooms that are shared. The rooms come with a bed ,desk ,closet space and storage , internet and TV . I am a teacher in Fairfax County public schools , Gisella and John works for Verizon corporate and Elissa is a student just to give you some idea of what we do in the house . We can also provide drop off service to Vienna metro station , which is 15 min driving , early in am if needed and the bus stop is 10 min walk from the house . We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

We are in a safe and quiet suburb where you can walk to the bus stop in 10 min and drive to DC in 40 minutes. There is a neighborhood pool , library and shopping center a quick scooter or bike ride away .

House Rules
1. No other guest stay in the room with you besides the ones on the reservation

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
