Come stay in our beautiful "Urban Oasis Room" for two! Relaxing & comfortable. Quaint Citrus Heights home near I-80 (1.8 miles) & Hwy 50 (10 miles). Centrally located from Roseville (5.4 miles), Folsom (6.9 miles), & Downtown Sacramento (12 miles). Modern decor. Well maintained & kept. Home resides in safe, quiet neighborhood and backs up to a greenbelt which adds to its charm. Additional room "Beachside Retreat", also, available in home for a total of 4 people (2 ppl per room). Room is beautifully decorated. Comfortable and relaxing. Shared guest bathroom. Private refrigerator available in the room for guest use. Stocked with bottled water and coffee creamer. Coffee and tea available for guests. Breakfast not available at this time.

*NO CANNABIS/TOBACCO/VAPE SMOKERS, RECREATIONAL DRUG USE OR DRINKING (under any circumstance). Unfortunately, there is a specific odor and annoyance that comes with smoking and I choose not to have that in my home.
*Couples (female/male), parent/child, or female renters only please. No solo male or male couples for safety reasons.
*Please be sure to pick up after yourself and clean your own dishes. We request the same courtesy as if you were staying with family or friends. Leave the room the way you found it on entering.
You must also acknowledge
Pet(s) live on property - German Shepherd, Terrier, Doberman, Birds, and Cats.
Potential for noise - Dogs are let out around 11pm and 4am. For the most part they are quiet, but occasionally there may be a bark as they secure the property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
