Live just outside Athens only 20 minutes from OU..own room/ bath . Beautiful house with horses and large pond..13acres to take a walk or just sit and read...my husband and I are outdoors quite people..it's just him and myself..if you want to have a break from studying then downstairs is a pool table and a hockey table..we also have a tanning bed /exercise room...nice safe area, did I mention I'm a great cook...we have two dogs, star She is a weimerweiner, and then there's prissy a little Maltese. There is a patio pond to sit by and read or study and a large pond to go fishing...down the street 6 miles is a gas station a ice cream store, bank, and a family dollar store and a subway...great place to get away from it all but still close enough to everything..

About the Area
Our house is between St. route 33 and Rt. 7. 6 miles to route 7 and 5 1/2 to route 33 both will take you to Athens where Ohio University is..our home is on 13 acres with two ponds, two horses, two dogs and my husband and myself...our home has four bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. Two car garage up on a hill so security is not a problem.we do have an alarm system...home is a newer updated home...safe a clean...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
