We welcome you to our humble home. We are a small family of three. My husband and I along with our baby live in one of the bedrooms. You will have total privacy and no disturbances through the duration of your stay as our apt is very large and walls are very thick. Both bedrooms are separated by living room and kitchen and space is over 1200 sqft. We do have an infant child who dominates most of the living room area and is usually in bed by 9 pm. He is a very friendly happy baby and we have him on a strict schedule as to not keep up our guests or disrupt their privacy and or sleep. The balcony is a very nice touch also as it has a spectacular view of down town. You are more than welcomed to use kitchen and balcony at anytime. We will ask that living room is left for our baby as this his his play area.
I also offer dog sitting ($20 a day)

We are walking distance to Bishop Arts District attractions and lovely Kessler Park. This space is positioned in the hottest ZIP code in Dallas, Texas. Just 6 miles west of downtown. This part of town is known for its cute boho-chic feel and has a welcoming vibe that will inspire and energize you. It’s a historic and cultural area with much to see and explore. The district is bursting with life, music, art, and culture. A FOODIES PARADISE. With dozens of top-rated restaurants and casual neighborhood hangouts within a short walk or bike ride it’s no wonder why the area has gained so much popularity. All the action at Trinity Groves is also just 3 miles away. Enjoy craft cocktails at Botanist, then move on to Lucia for creative Italian fare, before catching a concert at The Kessler Theater – all without getting in your car.

House Rules
HOUSE RULES...
-No smoking of any kind is permitted inside of home (balcony is ok).
There will be mandatory penalty fee of $100 for the removal of any smoke detectors
-No parties or events.
-No weapons or firearms are permitted
-Pets are allowed for an additional fee ($50 per pet, non-refundable) and upon request
Please be advised that all guests will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID for verification. The minimum age requirement of the primary booking person is 21+ yrs old.
Again NO weapons AND NO drugs allowed.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 9pm -8am each day.
Please Note:
Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, ONLY booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
