Look forward to welcoming you to our in Town of Davie, FL. We have 1 single room with attached bath. Washer and Dryer, patio deck, clean home, loving home and peaceful. Very engaged civic advocate and community organizer so opportunities to give back and volunteer (if you like) Facilities are Fridge, Air Conditioning, TV, Desk and Lamp, Mirror, Radio, Hair-dryer, and Closet / Wardrobe.
Oliver is 60. He speaks English and enjoys sports, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, photography, socialising, travel, television, gardening, nature, car, bike racing, science, theatre, and opera
Nouchelle is 55 and enjoys sports, watching movies, music, festivals, reading, socialising, travel, learning foreign languages, and theatre. She speaks English
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Nouchelle offers qualified language instruction in her native language English. One hour of instruction costs 15.00 USD. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
Keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm.
We don't allow visitors into our home. If you meet up with friends it's best to meet at a close buy coffee shop. (Kindly Respectfully)
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! You are welcomed and we are warm and caring but we work early mornings and need things to settle during early evening.

Es war einfach nur toll hier, Nouchelle hat mir alles immer genau erklärt, auch wie ich den öffentlichen Verkehr nutzen kann (Bus). So war ich unabhängig und konnte meine Tage selbst organisieren, wenn ich hilfe benötigt habe hat sie mir immer geholfen! Nur die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 25 minuten per Fuß entfernt. Ich musste also früh los, um der Hitze nicht in die Quere zu kommen. Aber es war soweit kein Problem.
Wir hatten viel Spaß, die Familie ist sehr witzig!
Alles war super sauber, kann man sich keineswegs beklagen.
Im Zimmer gibts kein Fehrnsehr, dafür darf man aber den Fehrnsehr im Wohnzimmer nutzen und ich finde, dass man nicht in Orlando ist zum Fernsehr schauen! ;)
Ich würde hier also jeder Zeit wieder herkommen.
War eine tolle Zeit und ich habe tolle Menschen kennengelernt!

The three weeks at the Hastings family were filled with many acquaintances with friends of the family, visits the Orlando area and its attractions such as: Cape Canaveral, nature parks, the Atlantic coast and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and do not forget Disney World.
It is a wonderful way to learn about the American culture and people, their way of life and the English language in a casual family atmosphere. Highly recommended.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
