Hello and I thank you for taking time out of your search to look at my place. Well to get to what u clicked on this for, I have a bedroom that is available nice and very comfy for you to stay in. My house, well subdivision, is about half a mile from 20 and Colombia Avenue. Colombia actually goes straight into the hip Downtown Decatur. There is a ton of shops and restaurants. Just about every kind of food you could imagine. Then if you trying to go into the CITY your only a 15 minute drive away right up 20 will take you right into downtown ATL.
Its me and my fiancee that live in the house, we also have our children that come and visit but they are grown.

About the Area
The house is on a cul de sac about 5 min walk to the marta bus stop which will take u to the train station into the city. If you are driving we are about .5 miles away from 20 and 2 miles away from 285. There is plenty of shopping in downtown decatur 10 mins up the road. 15 mins to downtown Atlanta where the greyhound station is and 20-25 mins to the airport.

House Rules
Please be respectful of your noise level after the hour of 11pm. There are others in the house and all have different work hours, some work from home at night, so we just try to always keep that in mind and be respectful. Please also ALWAYS keep common areas clean, kitchen, bathroom. How you keep your room is your business(as long as their isnt any foul odors from trash)its not up to me to tell you how to live. There is also additional room cleaning at your request(fresh sheets, dusting, vacummning) for a small fee. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED, KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY!!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
