Welcome to our home featuring a large 2nd story apartment complete with a private marble floor bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, private kitchen, private living room with 75' smart Roku TV, and bedroom with queen sized bed, and walk in closet. We are near downtown Enid and are close to all the area restaurants, shopping, attractions, as well as Vance Air Force Base. We are both professionals who work most weekdays. We enjoy general aviation and can sometimes arrange to take people on area scenic flights including the salt lake. We are very active at the Woodring Wall of Honor and Veterans Park which is Oklahoma's official Vietnam War monument. We are also able to host traveling professionals for up to 7 month stays. Our private pool is accessible for stays of one month or more.

About the Area
We are in a quiet area with sidewalks that are great for morning and evening walks. The historic downtown area and Stride Bank Convention Center are only 1 mile distance.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We have a clean, no smoking home. Up to 2 adults, no children. We have three handsome indoor kitties, so no visiting pets are allowed and please be sure not let our kitties outside. On the first floor of the house you will transit through our living and dinning rooms to reach your apartment stairway, and through the kitchen if you need to use the laundry. The rest of the first floor is off limit to guests. Please park in the designated area in front of the house (guest parking sign) and not in the street. The city will give you a ticket for street parking. No large trucks. Our property has security systems in place and you will receive a keypad code for entry.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
