Private home off the beaten path but in a peaceful neighborhood. Quiet, low key, come 'n go on an acre. I have two friendly dogs (Wanda and Lilli), and a cockatiel (Fred). We have streaming TV, internet computer (WiFi is available), and a patio to grill and chill. We have one small, medium, and large bedroom. Full kitchen, dining, and living rooms are also available for your stay. Make yourself at home. I provide a self-serve continental breakfast.

About the Area
We are in an area to see and do all kinds of things the year 'round. Music and entertainment venues are varied and very affordable. The Lowell Observatory, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, biking, trails, fishing, hunting, and skiing are just some of the fun to be had. And it is A LOT cooler than the rest of AZ.
Downtown shopping is about 5 to 10 miles away. Local taverns, shopping mall, and the closest restaurant are within 5 miles. There is a hiking trail up the mountain about a 1/4 mile at the end of our road and several more nearby.

Meals

House Rules
Pets are welcome with pre-approval. I do not let my dogs have the run of the house and they are outside most of the time; if necessary they can stay in the garage. My pups do not get along with cats so, they will have to remain with you or stay inside. You are welcome to prepare your own meals, please clean up afterward. I usually do not wear shoes in the house unless I am in and out. So long as your shoes are clean, it's OK. The living room and patio are good places to hang out and have a glass of wine or grill up some wings. You are free to use the house and always, have fun and come again! You may smoke outside.

David is a very friendly guy. The house is very clean and the rooms are very modern. It was pleasure to stay in his house. Thank you.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
