Cozy room available in a large home

House Rules

* My daughter and I are very excited to welcome a traveler nurse into our home. I am an X-ray tech and my daughter is a college student living with me.
*The house is 2,650 square feet with 5 bedrooms 3 full baths. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full baths up stairs. 3 of the bedrooms upstairs are occupied by myself, daughter and grandson. The upstairs is our private domain.

*Downstairs has 1 bedroom and a full bathroom which you have used of (it will be accessed only when we have guest over though).
*The laundry room is also downstairs near your room and you can have access to when you need it. I can wash your bedding for you once a week if you like or you can also do it yourself. I do have a house cleaner who comes every two weeks so I ask that you leave your room picked up and your door open for her and she will make your bed, vacuumed, and dust. In general I ask that the room be kept picked up if possible.
*I will provide towels for you and we and ask to wash them at least once a week (we can do this or you can).
* Toilet paper and paper towels are kept in the garage pantry but we are usually on it most of the time, but if you run out of TP just let us know or you can retrieve it from the garage pantry.
*The laundry room which is near your bedroom is available to you. We try to do laundry after 5 or early in the morning to avoid peak time energy charges, but we can talk about that. All I ask is please try not to leave clothes in the washer or dryer for too long.
* Really looking for someone who has a longer term travel assignment
*Looking for a single female renter travel nurse, x-ray tech or medical professional
*I am usually one out of the house really early as I work and commute kind of far so I am not usually home until after 7 pm or I stay near where I work. So if something comes up and I am not there you can always text or call me 408-710-3096 or you can talk to my daughter.
*The kitchen is available most of the time and is fully equip with most everything you'll need. It also has a Keurig for making coffee and I will provide the k-cups and there is creamer in the refrigerator or you can use your own creamer. Also available to you is the outside refrig for you to keep food in. Just make sure if the food is not going to used or goes bad to please throw it out.

*All we ask when you use the kitchen to make food or cook it that you clean up the mess, put the dished in the dishwasher (dishwasher pods are under the main sink), and clean an appliance if you use it (cleaning supplies are under the sink in the island) . Please cover you food when you use the microwave as to not make the microwave messy and if you do get it messy please clean it up.
*Garbage goes out on Thursdays so if you trash get full pull the bag and make sure it gets out in the garbage cans or leave it for one of us to put out. You can park in front of the house or in the third car driveway provided the car does not leak oil.
** Make sure when you enter the house through the front door you please lock it behind you, also if you are the last to use the kitchen and family room please shut off all the lights, the fan, and make sure the slider door to the backyard is closed and the blinds are closed on the slider door.

*We have two cats they usually come to the back door to be let in so it is okay to let them in, just don't let them in your room. We may occasionally ask if you can to refill their dry food if we are in a pinch, but we usually do it.
* The pool is available for use and the our door fire pit (ask for for instructions on how to lite the fire pit).
**Please no over night guests

***Lastly we have an open door policy and ask if there is something you need or want to talk about we are open we only ask the same of you.
