About the Area
My house is located on the west, South side off of the Belt Parkway. Im located on a tree lined, manicured residential safe area with great shopping, restaurants, libraries, parks, close to JFK airport, beaches and public transport. The QM15 & QM17 Express buses take 45 minutes to arrive on 34 street in Manhattan. The A train takes 45 minutes to reach 42nd Street, mid-Manhattan. The 21, 41, 52, or 53 buses take you to the A train. The 52 & 53 buses can take you to the N or R train, taking you to upper Manhattan.

House Rules
No smoking, no alcohol, no recreational drugs, no hair dying, no overnight guests, no parties.
No food in room. Water ok. Small refrig available on second floor.
Condition of room must remain the way you received it.
Linens washed once a week.
washer/dryer availabke $5 per load.
If your plans change regarding returning to my home, I would appreciate notice, for your safety. This is optional!

Staying with Noleen is like staying with an old Aunty,she's a collector ,she has two dogs and two cats and a Loverly warm home,it's close to shops,bus ,airport and trains,I would recommend highly !
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
