Two mile walk to beach (or less than five minute drive), parks, shopping and close by train or car to Los Angeles (25 miles) and San Diego (45 miles) for day trips. Loads of cultural opportunities available: museums; amusement parks (Disneyland/Magic Mountain/Knotts Berry Farm/Universal Studios); concert halls; landmarks (Hollywood/Getty Center), etc. I have three small dogs and two cats - all are very friendly.

About the Area
My home is located in the southern part of Huntington Beach -- 2 miles from the beach. I am a 10-minute drive from John Wayne Airport, Long Beach Airport is about 20 miles and LAX is approximately 40 miles. Newport Beach is ten minutes to the south. Disneyland is 20 minutes to the north (I can hear the fireworks from my home every night). I am close to bus stops and train depots are also available. My neighborhood is very quiet with many people walking their dogs to the local park (a two- to three-minute walk). There is ample parking at my home if you have rented a car. There are movie theaters and large shopping malls nearby: South Coast Plaza, Crystal Court and Fashion Island to name a few.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
