My husband and I are travelers. I am a student and my husband is programmer. We live in a beautiful home in a great area in Irvine California. Close to public transportation. Twenty minutes away from the beach. We dedicate our daily life to host visitors from different cultures. We make sure guests feel at home as soon as they walk in. We have a beautiful patio where guests can enjoy and relax. Also they can enjoy our beautiful in ground pool during the hot days. We cater to different individuals from executives to young students. Our home feels like home away from home.
Note: Utilities are not included. A deposit is required to cover utilities and any damage upon checkout. Deposit amount $500.
Every month, we will bill you for 30% of the utilities (GAS and Electricity only)

House Rules
We are happy to host you, here are a few tips to feel at home.
Please feel free to use the fridge, even if there is no space you are more than welcome to move things around and make room.
We will take the trash out for collection every Tuesday evening, collection happens Wednesday by the city of Irvine. If we are not home and you want to get rid of a lot of trash, you will find out that all neighbors are taking the trash out Tuesday for Wednesday collection, please take the three pins out in the street if it is important to you and we are not around.
If you use the heated pool, The pool heater is really expensive, for every day you heat the pool please pay $40

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
