I provide a fully furnished clean, safe, newly renovated two-story home in La Palma, located on a quiet cul-de-sac,with cameras and motion activated lights at the front entrance of the house. There is a shared entrance. This is a four bedroom two bath home with a full kitchen living room family room dining area washer and dryer backyard sitting area with a large relaxing koi pond where we have a barbecue. There will be housekeeping every two weeks. internet and smart TV's in every room. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, dresser and a large double closet which is located upstairs. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a bathroom and shower downstairs that's available only to you. There is a large green belt for walking and running close by. There are also several Gyms close by. street parking in front of the house is available. easy access to the freeway nearby restaurants and grocery stores. the property is close to public transportation, numerous hospitals ( La Palma and Los Alamitos, UCI, CHOC, Kaiser, Long Beach Memorial, Hoag Hospital) and several airports including LAX and John Wayne Airport. The property is close to Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Knott's Berry Farm Disneyland and the Honda Center. I am a teacher Looking for clean quiet non-smoking pet friendly travel nurses who don't mind my two small dogs.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
