CLOSED DUE TO COVID!!! My humble, simple, 1940's abode is located in a gem of a little town that embodies the charm of the Adirondack Mountains!
The perfect vacation destination for self sufficient, seriously laid back adventurers, who appreciate a chill zone atmosphere, and those wanting to experience the nature, sights, and peacefulness that a little Adirondack town offers.
If you are looking to unplug, unwind, relax and rejuvenate, then this is the place for YOU! The Adirondacks are a protected environment, there are many places that do not get good quality cell reception (including my home) but my wifi is fast and there is a landline.
Please note: THERE IS NO TV in this home. But this home does offer free fast wifi for your devices.
As a guest, you have exclusive access and use of the upstairs queen sized bedroom and full bathroom which is just down the hall from your bedroom. I sleep in the downstairs twin sized bedroom and use the full bathroom downstairs. I do not enter your space upstairs during your stay (unless there is need for maintenance).
I'm an RN, Reiki Practitioner, Chakra teacher, host to visitors, and I sell jewelry, yes, I keep busy :) My home does not have any pets.

About the Area
My home is in a regular neighborhood, with houses on either side and a shared driveway but there is plenty of room for you! This one-streetlight town does not have any Starbucks, but has walking access to fine dining on the Hudson River, a little beach area, multiple grassy parks, a couple of waterfalls, and you can walk to two different rivers! Lake George is a 15 minute drive, Saratoga is 30 minute drive.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
My home is very happy when guests remove shoes, feel free to bring slippers!
Smokers are encouraged to partake on porch or deck and extinguish completely.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
