Well it's mainly just me and my cat Summer who live here. It's really the cats house I just live here lol. I do have a neighbor that lives on the property as well. It's a fifth wheel travel trailer with full hook up for added rental space. It's very quiet here for the most part and sits in a nice area of Leisure acres in the beautiful Florida country. I work from home but am often gone half the day. I'm also a student right now if I can keep up lol. I like a clean home and am a little.bit OCD about it. I'm organized love people and am a great host. I enjoy being of service and do my best to be respectful and considerate... I wear my heart on my sleeve so please no taking advantage and everything will be good!

About the Area
My house is down an old rocky road next to a couple abandoned homes but don't let that fool you it's actually very beautiful in and throughout this area. A bit spooky but I always enjoy it come October and it's Halloween season! The lot is about an acre of land with a list of outdoor activities like the fire pits or horse shoes, corn hole, etc. You also have access to my detached garage in the back. I have a treadmill setup. Lots of birds and wildlife throughout my area from cows to hogs and even goats, chickens, alpacas, etc. Also I'm in a perfect location if you really want to see everything Citrus county has to offer. I'm close the all the rivers and far enough inland you can find Inverness or crystal river if your looking for a more modern restaurant. Locally where I live there is nothing around but your neighbors. The closest store is 7 miles up the road. It's a racetrac but they have Philly cheese steak pizza there now so it's pretty good station...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
