A very quiet and charming private room and bath and we are a friendly couple living in a three bedroom apartment. We do not have kids yet in case you are wondering. Each room has its own bathroom. Access to pool, computer room, gym, e.t.c and my husband and I are both working professionals.
Location is about 7-15mins from mall, restaurants, bowling, skating, churches, 24 hr gym and hospitals, supermarkets and coffee shops and schools. We enjoy hosting people from Los Angeles and those visiting here as well where there are lot of places to visit and a lot of things to do too.
If you'd like me to help you navigate the city and think of things to do, I am very happy to help! $25/hr for either services and $10/hr per laundry session . If you'd like to be left to your own devices, I can offer you privacy and alone time as well. Just let me know how I can help.

About the Area
Beautifully remodeled condo with Century City views! Conveniently located on the Wilshire Corridor near UCLA and West wood.Our house is just a short drive, bike ride or to the beach. We have very close access to everything that Los Angeles offers from fantastic hiking trails, parks, amusement parks, outdoor and indoor sporting activities, shopping, great restaurants and more. There are several cafes, restaurants, theaters, libraries and schools within a 15 minute or less walk and a number of bus routes run nearby where the most walkable coffee shop is The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and the closest grocery store is Stan's Produce.
Restaurants nearby include Moshi Daniel, Leonard Rosenaur, Ninethirty, Cravings, and Yoshinoya etc. Nearby schools include Westwood United Methodist Preschool, University Senior High School Charter, Warner Avenue Elementary School.

House Rules
- Smoking is allowed outside only and not on the balcony (sorry we cannot tolerate cigarette smoke)...
- No drugs
- Be respectful
- No random people without prior notice
- Keep the room clean and tidy
- Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when entering and leaving the house.
- Notify host if you are not going to be home that night
- Do your dishes in time
- No loud music, No wild parties
- Be respectful to the furniture
- Please keep the bathroom clean
- Please respect our home but feel comfortable, treat it as if it's your own house for the duration of your stay.
- Light breakfast is generally a ‘help yourself meal’.
- There is a wifi internet in this home, please ask if you want to use it.

- Remember to return your house keys before you move out

Cancellation Policies:Strict Policy& Security deposit.
Before you book with me you must pay first Home Stay Deposit
It will be determined by your length of stay.
And Second deposit you must pay to me by PayPal of $200.
If you cancel your stay we cannot give you back your $200
When you come here we are will give you back your security deposit of $200 or we can count torts your payment for your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
