Our home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood just 7 minutes from downtown Lynchburg. We have a two story home in which my husband Kevin and I live in the basement apartment and upstairs we have furnished rooms available for stay.
The spare bedroom upstairs is spacious and cozy and has a full bathroom just down the hall.
Our home boasts a beautiful front yard and a peaceful gazebo next to the pool, with a fire pit behind it that we use for evening bonfires.
We love eating together and hosting friends and family. Kevin and I are finishing school as well so we set aside time for studies, but we love to chill and watch a movie every now and then and go for a walk or bike ride on the trails nearby.
We enjoy meeting new people and making new friends and we'd be honored to have you choose to stay with us.

About the Area
Our home is located just outside of Lynchburg in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 7 minutes from downtown Lynchburg and 3 minutes from a Walmart and plethora of other stores. The River Ridge mall is only 15 minutes from us and there's even a ski slope located on Liberty University's campus (15 minutes away) , open to the public. And we are only a 5 minute walk from a few bus stops.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No Smoking or nonprescription drugs of any kind. No drinking in the home. Always communicate if in need or uncomfortable with anything. Kindness is key. Having people over should be discussed with the homeowners beforehand.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
