Lovely room in prestigious, upscale Manhattan Beach in an immaculately clean home! ALL utilities and super fast internet included! Close to restaurants, coffee shops, public transportation and even walking distance from a grocery store! Well appointed with high quality linens, luxurious pillows and a super comfy high-end mattress with a tempurpedic topper, you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud! A smart TV, desk/workspace, more than ample closet/drawer space, and a cozy armchair for curling up with a great book make this stylish room a welcome place to hang your hat at the end of a long day! Only 1.5 miles to the sand, you can spend your off days soaking up the relaxing sounds of the Pacific and making the most of what sunny Southern California has to offer! If you're in the mood for restaurants, bars and nightlife you're only 1.5 miles to the famous Hermosa Beach pier! Walk the strand all the way from Manhattan Beach, through Hermosa and to Redondo or make that walk on the sand along the water's edge! Laundry and cleaning service available upon request! Kitchen access is not included, but a roomy midi refrigerator and microwave are great for essentials and quick meals! ALL utilities, wifi, etc. included, no additional taxes, etc.! As your host you'll find that I am quick to respond to any issues, friendly and happy to give suggestions on local spots of interest, etc., but I give my guests their space so that you can enjoy their stays in peace! I work from home, so I'm around, but I'm quiet and I don't get in the way! My adult daughter lives here as well and she is also quiet and very respectful/considerate. Like me she's friendly and happy to help if you have questions, but won't disturb you! The room has been revamped with added amenities and as always you will find your room and bathroom impeccably clean! Newly on the market again it won't last long! Manhattan Beach is one of the most prestigious zip codes in the country and it's no surprise why! With deep soft sand beaches, fantastic restaurants and shopping it's a travel destination for many. Walk the strand, ride the waves or enjoy the nightlife, the south bay has it all! The property is just one block away from a bus stop and less than 1.5 miles to a metro/subway stop.

We have a family member with pet allergies, so unfortunately we can't accept pets (although we love them!)
For the safety of everyone, the front door must be kept closed and locked at all times, please secure the door when coming and going! :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
